All EVERLYCRAFTED jewelry is crafted to the highest standards to ensure that its shine is preserved for an extended duration.
Nevertheless, like all jewelry, there are specific measures you can take to prolong the life of your item.
Periodically use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe your jewelry. This practice will help maintain its luster. It is advisable to store your jewelry purchases in a dark, cool, and dry environment within an airtight box or bag to minimize scratching and tangling.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes, lotions, or any acidic substances, as such exposure may result in the gradual fading of the plating. 
Our plated jewelry is waterproof and will not tarnish; however, we recommend removing all jewelry before entering water and avoiding extreme temperatures. 
Please be aware that plated jewelry may naturally fade over time. This is not considered a defect and can be mitigated by following the care instructions provided above.

Allergic Reactions
Our jewellery is made from the highest quality materials. However, as in all jewellery, there is naturally occurring trace amounts of nickel present. 
This may cause some people to experience allergic reactions to the jewellery. However, these amounts are so low that only people who are hypersensitive may react to them.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from EVERLYCRAFTED. 
However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with, within 14 days of receiving your order.  The item must be in a re-saleable condition.

Jewelry tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault.
Please see our jewelry care instructions on how to properly care for your items.

Please note, before making a purchase that any item returned may take up to 10 days to be refunded back to you. 
If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods.
Please note, free items that came as part of a deal with the item you are returning must be returned with your order. 
If not, any free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund. Please note personalized orders and earrings are non-returnable. 
Customized items are made specifically for you and therefore refunds or cancellations after 24 hours are not applicable with these items.  Due to hygiene & safety reasons earrings cannot be returned. ​ ​ 


How To Return An Item

When returning items to us, please ensure the item you wish to return, is unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. 

When a return label is not provided by us you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please not - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
It's a good idea to mark your parcel as "returned goods" to avoid being charged any duties if international.  Please also note, we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges incured on returns. 
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it. 
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for return as we cannot refund items that don't reach us safely. 

When a return label is provided by us you are required to use that label and the shipping service associated to that label. Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us.
Re-pack the item(s) in a sealed bag or box with all packaging still attached. When we are able we will provide a free return label, you will be required to use the courier service we choose. 
If a return label is not provided we will provide a return address for you to send the item(s) back to us. 
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of item(s) (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. It will take up to 10 working days to refund your account, you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.   
All parcels returned to us due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address, the customer will incur the charge of the redelivery. 
We understand that you may want to cancel your order. Please contact us and let us know as soon as possible, as our team will be working to get your item out to you. 
The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved. 

Personalised Items

As each item is made specifically for each of our customers and due to the fact that we start production immediately after it is processed, please let us know within 24 hours of ordering that you want to cancel.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised items once production has started. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded.
